Choose the location you are interested in selling at from the website menu, located at the top of the website screen on desktop, or on mobile look for two horizontal bars in the upper right corner of the homepage at www.ultimateindoorgaragesale.com. Follow the prompts, add your space selection to the cart and check out.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS TO THE ULTIMATE INDOOR GARAGE SALE?

Tickets for our 2027 events are not yet on sale. We expect sales to go live beginning November 1, 2026

WHAT DOES IT COST TO SELL AT THE ULTIMATE INDOOR GARAGE SALE?

Prices start at $89.95 per 10x10, with discounts on space when you decide to purchase a larger spot. Optional table rental and electrical access are also available for a nominal fee.

CAN I USE MY TICKETS AT MORE THAN ONE EVENT?

Tickets for each event must be purchased separately. All tickets are scanned at entry and cannot be re-scanned. Make sure you have received a wristband or handstamp for reentry into the event throughout the day, if you plan to go to and from your vehicle during the show.

DO YOU HAVE CONCESSIONS AT YOUR EVENT?

All events feature either concessions services or food trucks.

ARE THESE EVENTS INDOORS?

Yes, all our events are indoors and climate controlled.

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR PARKING?

Parking is free at all of our events!

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED OR IF I CAN’T ATTEND?

No cash refunds. Sellers who cancel in writing to uig@heritageeventcompany.com by midnight CST on December 9, 2026 (Aurora) or December 30, 2026 (Loveland) will receive a one-time rollover credit toward the same event the following calendar year. Rollover credit is forfeited if it isn’t used at that event and cannot be rolled over a second time. Admission tickets are non-refundable.

What Is the Ultimate Indoor Garage Sale?

The Ultimate Indoor Garage Sale is a great place for vendors to offload things they just want to get rid of, or the extra stuff they got in an auction lot. We usually have 3,000-5,000 people attend in a day. Everything is indoors and climate controlled, parking is free, and every space holds a unique discovery!

What Are the Show Hours?

Saturday 10AM-5PM for general admission, with early bird shopping from 9AM-10AM.

When Do Vendors Set Up and Tear Down?

You get setup time on Friday before the show, so you can unload and arrange your booth with no rush and be ready to sell when the doors open Saturday.

Aurora: Unload Friday, January 8, 10AM-7PM, or Saturday, January 9, 7:00-8:30AM. Vacate by 9PM Saturday.

Loveland: Unload Friday, January 29, 10AM-7PM, or Saturday, January 30, 7:00-8:30AM. Vacate by 9PM Saturday.

What Can I Sell?

Just about anything you'd find at a great garage sale: clothing, antiques, oddities, toys, housewares, collectibles, furniture, books, tools, decor, crafts, jewelry and sporting goods. Food vendors must meet permit requirements; email uig@heritageeventcompany.com for details.

Is There Anything I Can't Sell?

Items of a pornographic nature; firearms, gunpowder and explosives (BB guns are okay); live animals (taxidermy is okay); marijuana and alcohol. We reserve the right to ask you to remove any item we deem inappropriate for the event.

Do I Need a Sales Tax License?

Yes, vendors need a Colorado sales tax license. Don't worry, it's inexpensive and easy! We don't collect tax at the event, but we'll provide the paperwork and instructions that spell out how to pay online.

Spaces don't include tables. You can bring your own or rent 8' tables for $12 each in advance. Chairs are free. Electrical is $15.95 and must be ordered in advance.
